I opened my Orange County law office in 1974, with an approach modeled on the philosophy of Abraham Lincoln who felt that an attorney's purpose is to solve problems, not cause them. To that end, I strive to provide each client with professional, compassionate, and ethical counsel. My clients find me to be approachable, empathetic, responsive, and goal-oriented. As an experienced real estate attorney and contract lawyer, I have developed a level of insight that can be obtained only through years of hard work. For more than thirty years, I have represented individuals and small businesses on either side of any given issue.

Although located in Orange County, I offer legal advice to clients throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego California. Historically, my legal practice has been focused in the area of real estate law and litigation. In my role as a real estate attorney, I have had the opportunity to represent:
