My Practice

My primary areas of practice are real estate law, and litigation in contract disputes or tenant / landlord disputes. I also offer legal advice to businesses and commercial entities and those in the construction industry. Since I began my legal practice in 1974, I have tried to be a legal problem solver for my clients. In addition to those in Orange County, I serve those in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego, California.

My Mission

As a landlord tenant lawyer, real estate attorney, and trial lawyer, I strive to provide each client with professional, compassionate, and ethical counsel. II find that traditional approaches are often ineffective and so have oriented my style more toward creative problem solving. Ultimately, my client's needs and objectives are my primary concern. So, whether an aggressive litigious approach is required or a more collaborative approached is preferred, I stand ready to zealously protect my client's interests.
